Admissions

Mayfield Grammar School, Gravesend primarily admits students from the age of eleven from over thirty different primary schools in the area.

Students are admitted in accordance with the Admissions Procedure as published by the Governing Body. Details of this procedure are available in the links below. An information evening will be organised for potential students and their parents and visitors are welcome to see the School at work on Open Day. Details and dates of admission procedures at age eleven are published in the local press in the Summer and Autumn of each year.

Girls and boys may also join the School at 16+ to follow AS/A Level courses if they achieve the required GCSE grades for the courses chosen and there are spaces available. Girls can also be admitted into other year groups following assessment tests.
